8A Soluciones manufactures expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam edge protectors, corner protectors, netting and void fill for protective packaging. We handle material selection, geometry development, extrusion and cutting in-house, across all four product families.
Our approach
The application sets the spec. That holds from spec to delivery, and it rests on two pillars:

Technical specification
We start from the application to set density, geometry and dimensions. If no standard size fits, we evaluate made-to-spec development within our product lines.

In-house extrusion
We extrude on our own lines, which keeps the spec consistent from development through finished goods.
