Expanded polyethylene, EPE Foam is a lightweight, flexible closed-cell foam. It cushions impact, reduces friction and protects finished surfaces.

Which EPE foam product do you need?

The right choice depends on the point that needs protection and how the part moves inside the pack. One pack can combine edge protectors, corner protectors, netting and void fill.

Star-shaped loose fill	The empty space inside the pack	Fills the volume and immobilizes the part.
C or O profile	A round part: tube, bar or leg	Wraps the perimeter of the part.
Backer rod	A sealant joint between surfaces	Compresses into the joint and backs the sealant.
